had diarrhoea in the morning. felt really horrible. my stomach was super queasy! blasted the toilet! hahas.. :P

went back to fuhua to help my juniors. super elated to see each and everyone of them! though i don't really know some of them, but yea.. we're all part of a big fuhua red cross family! thanks to jiahui and pei shi for helping me recall my drills! haha.. now u juniors have to brief me what to do instead! hehehs.. nearly forgotten how to drill and command lar. my senior came pretty late.. so we had to rush.. we were the padan markers, me being e left marker. but didn't make it in time to march in.. so nvm.. parade a bit screwed. but managed to cover la.. hehes.. doing footdrill again brought back so much memories, esp in the same parade square which i started off in sec 1. sighs. the sec 3s now are so much more mature! i'm proud of u guys and am very sure u'll do red cross proud! i missed you guys so much la! haha.. love the huggies too! you guys rock! i'll visit every now and than, i'll bring red cross knowledge back to life! wahhaha..

to adeline: you're a good chairman! don't doubt it. if you're not good, how would red cross have come so far? you might not think you've done well, think back again, and i'm sure you'll realise that u have! treasure the memories and the lessons learnt. don't brood over it yea? best of luck for your Os! you rock! love ya!!
