o5s17 went to the teahouse at neil road today.
yupp.. learnt how to make chinese tea.
i don't really see the fuss about making tea.. i mean.. it's jus tea.. jus put hot water in and drink la... hmmm.. but since it's an age-old tradition, so i guess we've gotta learn...
the making tea process is quite long.. u've gotta warm the cups.. pour water into the teapot.. pour out again.. pour water in again.. pour the water previously poured out into the 'fair' pot over the teapot.. wait for 30s.. serve in this slightly taller cup to smell the aroma.. pour into the small drinking cup.. feel that the slightly taller cup is about the same temp as ur hands.. than smell it again.. hahhaa... hmm.. i didn't know that tea leaves can be fermentated to give diff kinds of tea! wow...
but yea.. i enjoyed drinkin tea.. and yes.. the aroma from the emptied taller cup is different from the smell of the tea.. it's more fragrant.. somewhat like perfume.. to me la.. i don't think the tea is bitter leh.. but i don't taste any after-taste leh.. hmmm...
anyway.. we were happily just starting to playin zong ji mi ma until we were told to leave.. sigh.

okie.. it rained after that though.. jeee... anyway.. couldn't make it back in time for coucil meeting.. hmm.. i feel bad.. i didn't even take my bag la! it's still in council room.. haha.. i feel weird without bringing my bag home.. thanks to sheryl though! for lending me ur file! hehe..
than 05S17 went to queensway.. okay.. wat's left of S17 anyway.. went to ikea for lunch.. me and lee li shared salmon n meat balls.. MmMmMm... meat balls rocks! had hotdog too!
went to queensway shopping centre to find class jackets.. than i went home.. still feelin weird without my bag..

anyway.. i guess it's the first class outing that has so many turn-outs.. and yea.. it's good! haha..
