watched Get REAL! jus now.. it was on cleaners in singapore.
it suddenly strike me, i was jus like any other. ignorant of the hard work they put in.. not really lookin at them in a nice way. geee.
i totally agree that singapore is clean jus because of the cleaners. but we tend not acknowledge to their existence.
we take too many things for granted.. esp the clean environment we live in.
they are making an honest living and there's nothing to be ashamed of.
in fact, we should applaud them for their courage as this kinda job is not easy and it's tough, esp for older workers. they are the ones who give singapore the clean and green image she has today.
