heyyas.

jus touched down yestd from korea. geee.. i miss that place already.. the temperature here is like.. damn hot and humid.. sighs.. but anyway.. i did enjoy the trip v much! the tour guide, Mouri and her assistant, Rumbo were totally nice people! Mouri, though 51 yrs old.. looks like early 40s.. no wrinkles.. and.. she's very experienced!! on the trip.. she gave us many life tips.. how i wanna be like her when i grow old! hahs..

day 1 & 2:
went to airport.. wth.. 10 mins before 12am also counted as one day.. anyway.. i had the window seat.. guess what i saw around 3am outside the plane's window? i saw a SHOOTING STAR! and it was quite close.. i thought i was imagining it.. but i realised.. i couldn't have.. cos it was the most BEAUTIFUL thing i've ever seen!! one of my wishes was to see a shooting star.. my face was frozen into a smile after that.. gosh.. i must have lady luck smiling down on my tat day.. words cannot describe how gorgeous it is.. it'll forever be etched in my memory! (:
seoul airport, where i took the first step into the cold.. it was my first experience! hahas.. really thrilling.. went to da chang jing film spot.. near MBC studios.. hmm.. i'm not really a fanatic of korean shows.. so i didn't really appreciate it.. but i was freezing there!
drove up to yong pyong ski resorts.. where they shot winter sonata.. picked up ski equiments on the way.. again.. i was freezing. haha.. it was really cold man!! u noe when it's cold outside and water will condense on the window inside the bus? it was so cold that the water droplets actually turned into ice! hahas.. and they had this kewl fire place..

day 3:
went up to dragon's peak in the cable car.. saw a gorgeous view on mountains, valleys, snow.. the wind up at the peak is really strong! can blow ppl away~ hahas.. really really cold there too..
went skiing! woohoo!! funness~ hahas.. but it's hard to walk in those chunky boots.. and harder to get up when u've fell down.. i jus sat there.. sigh..
after this, we went to aqua world.. the hotel we lived in was a traditional korean one.. with heated floors and bedspreads and hard pillows.. hahas.. aqua world was fun!! they had many kinds of hot baths there.. ginseng, lemon.. they even had a jasmine one out in the cold! hahas.. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic! jus the right temp! hehes.. and their toilets are jus so cool! they have free moisturizer, hair gel, deodorizer.. but yea.. lotsa naked ladies there..

day 4:
EVERLAND!
gosh. does this place rock or wat! it's a place of every child's fantasy! the buildings were out of a fairytale! candy shops.. teddy bear shop.. i was super happy there! sat a gondola up.. haha.. i was trembling with cold.. went to the safari where we saw a Liger.. than went for this ride which involves sliding down the snow with floats.. (: ...watched a really entertaining Xmas show! it was really nice! with santa and rudolf and elves.. blahblahs.. real nice! then me and sis went to the roller coaster~! it was WOOOO! i scream rite.. and than my teeth turns cold and i'll have to warm it up again! heehs.. went for 2 rides! then off to see the fireworks.. than my sis and i got lost.. anyway.. skip this silly part.. but we saw the parade too!! with floats and dancers.. so fun!! they had the most beautiful merry-go-round!! the place was really clean and the employees there had really cool outfits for uniform!
checked into this cool hotel with steriliser and computer with free internet! woohoo~ they had everything there!! moisturizer.. aftershave foam.. water dispenser.. and a huge TV! hees..

day 5:
went to other locations where korean films are shot..
then went to Lotte world! another theme park.. indoor one though.. i LOVE CHURROS! Churros rocks my socks! hahas.. but queues there were super long.. i prefer everland!

day 6:
shopping centres.. nothing much to buy though.. all winter clothings.. and they were kinda expensive..... and had GINSENG CHICKEN! wooohooooo~ simply scrumptious!
went to a palace.. and guess wat!! it snowed it snowed it snowed! it was simply beautfiul! the snowflakes had many different shapes.. and it made the palace all the more magnificient.. love the snow!

day 7:
rush around to factories.. than off to the airport!

i'm missing the cold! at first.. it felt unbearable.. but after 2 days or so.. i got used to it and found it quite refreshing! korea toilets are really clean too! and man.. the FOOD! the cold weather really makes me appreciate a hot meal! hahs.. mostly had steamboat and bbq.. v nice! love their side dishes! yummy!
the tour mates were really nice.. and this lil gal was simply adorable!
this trip was really enjoyable and i thoroughly enjoyed myself! (:

after-effects: i'm sick.. havin fever.. flu.. cough.. sore throat.. it's worth it i guess! and my ankle is hurting again..
