Island of Pioneer Rock

ORIENTATION 2006

okay.. first entry of the yr.. all about orientation.. i'm about to collapse soon.. so i hope i can write finish a s a p...

for day 1 and day 2.. we had mass games.. and lotsa talks.. i thought that the clan introduction on day 2 was very good!!! and elkins did fabulous! hees.. the pirates n other clans too! Walla was simply hilarious!

day 3 was where the horror began.. station games.. i tot the weather was being kind to me.. until it started to rain.. than stop.. than rain.. than stop.. i got super angry! changed e games from dry weather to wet weather back to dry weather again.. there was so much confusion.. so much chaos.. i nearly broke down.. but yea.. i pulled myself together cos i noe that breaking down there and than would jus ruin everything... all the planning and preparation my members had to go thru..
STATION MASTERS really helped me a great load and i really thank them! they came up with games last minute due to insufficient space.. i duno what i would have done without them.. so station masters.. THANKS!
it was a emotional roller coaster for me that day.. wana thank everyone for their understanding and esp council and welco who gave me their support..

day 4.. today! danced 3hrs of fun dance today.. hahas.. crazzyy!! and WEI-DA-MIN rocks!
treasure hunt.. oh my gawd.. clues were sabotaged.. and everyting turned messy.. lotsa casualties too.. n e worse thing was that council was not there cos they had other duties to attend to.. only felicia n me left.. i missed council so much!!! i was pretty angry.. felt like such a failure.. but yea.. some ogls helped me out.. so thanks ya!

yay! managed to finish.. though not really in detail cos i'm v tired now.. been v tired every nite since tues.. will add in here and there when i can think properly again..

what i really hope is that the freshies had fun.. if they did.. anything that i've been thru the last 4 days would have all been worth it..
